Choose the amount of help you need. Know the price before we talk.
You don't need to buy a full-service package just to get clarity. Start with a case-specific Roadmap Call, add ongoing guidance if you want a second set of eyes through the process, or hand off the document logistics entirely if you want the highest-touch option.
Three levels. One clear progression.
The Roadmap Call is the low-friction first step. If you upgrade within 60 days, the full fee is credited toward Tier 1 or Tier 2.
Roadmap Call
Best for: figuring out whether the case is worth pursuing before you spend heavily on records, translations, or legal help.
- 45-minute eligibility & strategy consultation for your specific country and ancestry line
- For Poland and Romania: ancestor and chain review, article determination, chain integrity check, and risk flags
- For other EU countries: honest assessment of your country's current program status, generational eligibility, and whether your case is worth pursuing
- Written step-by-step roadmap delivered within 48 hours
- Full document list with sources: where to get each record, in what format, and in what order
- Written estimate of every third-party cost before you spend anything
- Honest assessment of timeline and what to expect at each stage
- For Romania: personalized language-pathway overview including exam options and realistic timelines
- For Poland: naturalization record guidance so you know exactly what to pull and what matters
- Fully credited toward Tier 1 or 2 ($1,500 USD or $3,250 USD) if you upgrade within 60 days
Guided Process
Best for: applicants comfortable ordering records and filing themselves, but who don't want to guess at the strategy.
- Everything in the Roadmap Call
- Full custom document checklist with step-by-step archive request instructions for every record in your chain
- Translator routing: the right category of translator for each document, the first time, so you don't pay twice
- Apostille guidance: which documents need them, which authority issues them in your country, and in what order
- Complete Romanian language pathway plan: official course options, exam registration strategy, and tutor vetting
- For Poland: naturalization record review including which pages matter and how to handle them for the application
- Application review before you submit, with a written sign-off checklist
- Email support throughout the process until you file
- You do the legwork and the filing. I make sure every step is right before you take it.
Done For You
Best for: applicants who want the document, apostille, translation, and package-management work coordinated for them.
Paid in two installments: $1,625 to begin, $1,625 when document gathering is complete and your consulate-ready package is finished.
With your authorization, I handle the entire process on your behalf. You approve every step, sign what needs signing, and show up to the consulate. Everything else is mine to manage.
- Everything in the Guided Process
- Full document gathering: birth, marriage, and death certificates across every generation and every relevant country
- Apostille coordination for all documents requiring authentication
- Sworn translator sourcing, briefing, and review for all certified translations
- Genealogist coordination where archive research is needed: Ukraine, Moldova, Romanian national archives, and beyond
- For Poland: a consulate-ready application prepared in the required format, including all Polish-language elements the consulate expects
- For Romania: complete application package assembly under Article 10 or Article 11 as applicable
- Consulate logistics: identifying the right consulate for your jurisdiction, preparing your appointment request, and drafting all correspondence for you to send and sign
- Romanian oath-process preparation and language readiness review
- Post-filing support: how to monitor your case, what supplemental document requests look like, and what to do when they arrive
A short authorization agreement is signed at the start of engagement so I can act on your behalf clearly and with your full knowledge at every step.
Start with the quizOnly need one record? Don't buy a citizenship package.
If you already know the document you need, these services are deliberately separate from the Roadmap and citizenship tiers. No quiz, no eligibility review required.
Document Retrieval (Basic)
I locate the right source. You submit the request.
Best for: a known birth, marriage, death, naturalization, or archive record when you're comfortable contacting the office yourself.
- Correct archive, registry, or records office identified
- Search parameters including name variants, dates, and jurisdiction
- Ready-to-send request language and ordering instructions
- You submit the request and pay the issuing authority directly
- No citizenship package or consultation required
Document Retrieval (White Glove)
For a standard, single-record retrieval. Complex archival or genealogical research (multi-generation searches, extended archive negotiation, or cases requiring significant genealogist hours) is quoted separately, always in writing before you commit.
Service fee + actual third-party costs. Archive fees, genealogist coordination, and apostilles are billed at cost and passed through directly. No markups.
Best for: difficult, foreign-language, or hard-to-reach archives where you want someone else to manage the retrieval start to finish.
- Archive or genealogist relationship managed end to end
- Support for Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian, and other relevant archives
- Payment-logistics coordination where local, in-country payment is required
- Certified or official copy obtained where the issuing authority offers one
- Fixed service quote before you commit; third-party costs passed through at cost
Final price depends on the record, archive, country, and whether outside genealogical work is needed. Tell me what you need and I'll reply with the exact fixed price and full terms to accept before anything is charged. Requesting a quote creates no payment obligation or retrieval engagement.
The details that matter, without two more competing service boxes.
Third-party costs and no-markup policy
- Sworn translations, apostilles, archive and certificate fees, government filing fees, and couriers are real costs in every case
- On your Roadmap Call you get a written, line-item estimate of all of them before you spend a dollar
- Most cases run roughly $500 to $1,500 USD in third-party costs; document-heavy cases can run higher, and you'll know yours in advance
- You pay providers directly wherever possible; anything I front is billed at cost with receipts. No markups.
Families, minors, and second-country reviews
- Children under 18: free on Tier 1 and Tier 2. Minor children often share much of the ancestral evidence already required for a parent's case, which is why there's no additional consulting fee for qualifying minors. They may still need separate forms, birth and identity records, translations, parental consent, personal attendance, and age-based biometric collection, depending on their age and the applicable procedure.
- Family discount: 25% off each additional adult family member on the same ancestral line (Tier 1 and Tier 2). I filed alongside my father and brother; family filing is the norm here, not the exception.
- Second-country review, +$299 USD: Have qualifying ancestry in both Poland and Romania? Add an eligibility and strategy review for the second country to any citizenship package. This add-on assesses the second pathway; it does not include Guided Process or Done For You services for a second application. If you decide to pursue both countries, the second engagement is quoted separately.
- Other EU ancestry: covered under the standard $299 USD Roadmap Call. An honest read on your country's rules and trendline, generational eligibility, and whether it's worth pursuing. Done-for-you document coordination available afterward, quoted in writing.
All prices in USD. Billed in USD. I am not a lawyer and do not provide legal advice. Eligibility and the final outcome are determined by the responsible government authority under applicable law; no consultant or law firm can guarantee the result, and you should walk away from anyone who does. Romanian citizenship applications generally require personal filing and biometric collection, with no workaround. Polish citizenship-confirmation submission requirements depend on the consular jurisdiction and procedure; Poland has a limited mechanism for family members who cannot attend the same consulate appointment, involving notarized documents, and the details are part of what we cover in the engagement. I prepare you completely, but the filing is yours to make.
