Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools to understand how it's used and to measure the performance of any advertising. These tools may collect information about browsing behavior on this site. Cookies can be controlled or blocked through browser settings, and a notice on this site flags their use on a first visit.

How this information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver booked services, process payment, and understand which content is useful to visitors. European Roots Consulting does not sell personal information to third parties.

Who it's shared with

Information is shared only where necessary to provide a requested service, for example with a payment processor, a scheduling platform, or a translator, genealogist, or archive acting under a signed Done For You authorization or, for Document Retrieval (White Glove) engagements, the archive/genealogist authorization described in the online terms accepted for that engagement. Information is not shared for marketing purposes without consent.
